I put one on my Mav...

I got it from JCWhitney. Sanded down the cracks in the dash, then glued the cover right on. Stuffed paper towel rolls between the windshield and the cover overnight to let the glue set. Glue was applied just around the edges.

If one looks closely, one can tell that it's a dash cover and not a "real" dash pad, but it depends on how particular you want to be.

Mine came with a lifetime "no cracking" warranty and I think it looks tight. Worth checking out...

    Bests,
    Atzy.

Yes I have purchased two of them now and am very satisified.

To install you just use the glue they give you and put it on the inside lip of the shell then just stick it on.

I think I've posted photos of what mine looks like if you do a search on Dash Cap you should find it on this bulletin board.

If you are willing to fork out the bucks you can have your original dash pad redone in any color and it will look brand new. I had mine redone in black by Dash Specialists in Medford Or. (541-776-0040) for $300.00. My old tan dash pad had multiple large cracks and looked horrible. I had it redone and it looks beautiful.
