The dash in my Maverick is original and is faded and cracked open in several places. I'm trying to restore the car and so far all I've been able to find are dash covers. Is there a way to replace the dash? Does anybody make new ones or is my only option to get a cover?

You can get a cover or just dashes can redo yours, I think around $400.00. Also check ebay they are there sometimes, I think the last nos one went for $350.00. If you look in the tech section I think someone recovered their's. Hope this helps.

"Just Dashes" restores dashes. I talked with them last week. A black dash is $400 and a colored one for the Mav/Comet is $500.:)

I do not have a picture,But I have a cover on my maverick and it looks very good. I had my comet dash re-covered and it looks better I think.

yea my dash got recovered for dirt cheap. don't recall how much. they used the same material (blue cloth) that was used to reupholster the seats. I'll have to remember to take a pic. won't be anytime soon, she's in the shop getting a new heart.

I have a nice recovered black one for sale and a few recoverable ones in stock. I can cover them in any color.
