anyone ever use anything like this? http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=2418801010&category=42612 I'm probably going to spay in some sound deadener, then put some kind of mat in then lay the carpet. any ideas?
I put down some insulator mat I bought from Summit. Looks like carpet underlayment with aluminum foil on one side. It's on the firewall, floor and rear seat area. Cuts down on heat and noise. A noticeable difference. From what I understand the purpose of Dynamat is to keep panels from resonating and act as an air seal to make audio systems sound better. Depends on what you're trying to accomplish, which product to use.
