I just received some front end parts from MEAN MAVERICK, and was shocked when I opened the package, rust, a fair amount of surface rust. I am originally from upstate NY but I've been in South Carolina for 13 years now and almost forgot about the rusty ageing process of the northern environment. I have yet to be unable to remove ANY screw, nut or bolt from my 74 Mav, a southern car, because it was deteriorated from oxydation.
Don't read me wrong, the parts are in good condition and 100% usable, it just took me back to my yankee roots of torches, grinders, hacksaws, and drift punches.
    BTW :thumbs2:
MEANMAVERICK is a good source for parts and fair prices, I look forward to dealing with him in the future.

The salt belt sucks!!! Torches and penetrant.
These Mavs rotted out up here in less than 10 years.
