I have a '72 Mav with the 250ci engine. I am replacing the old rusted water neck with a new one. I attempted to remove the distributor vacuum control valve but it seems to be rusted into the old water neck. I tried to get a new one at my local O'Reileys but they could not find the part. I was wondering if anyone knows where I can get a new one or if it is needed at all. Any information would be helpful, thanks.

It's not needed...stick a plug in it and enjoy the better fuel mileage
