    Littleredtoy, got me thinking on another thread, so instead of hijacking it, I thought I would start a new one.

    Do guys remember what your license plate number was on your first Maverick/Comet?

    I have never forgotten it 790-FIY, in fact I still have the plates in box from 20 years ago. :)

    I had a cool license plate frame that I wanted to take off whenI scrapped my first Maverick, but the car was so rusty, I could not turn the bolt! I dont remember the plate number :(

    SSE-797 (Beautiful British Columbia) back in '86. Only had them for a short time 'cause daddy ripped them off my car one night. Never found out until the girlfriend pointed it out that night. Went in to the insurance agent, claimed them stolen and got a new set XTK-422 (hanging on my garage wall). That showed the old man who was boss!:p

    too many years ago, I don't know what my current tag is aside from the county ID which is 48A... I know I'm gonna have fun trying to get a new tag after the cars been to pieces for this long...
