Door interior paint ideas?

I have two sets of doors and on both the paint where my arm rests on the top is worn and rust colored. I want the doors to be a semi flat black color. Does anybody have any sugstions as to what I can use that wont wear away?

 

the prep and primer used probably has more to do with it wearing off then that actuall paint. i painted min gloss black with some $1 spray paint and its been fine tho

 

I used Rustoleum satin black. Clean it good with solvent, lightly primer, then paint.
