Searched the archives but didn't find the info. I'll soon be installing the door opening weather strip (from A pillar around pinch weld on roof line to B pillar) and I was wondering what others did with regard to adhesive. The plastic trim piece slips onto the pinch weld but I don't see any adhesive in the old ones. Is adhesive applied to the "rubber" porition on the pillars only?

I didn't use any glue...the plastic pins will hold it where it needs to be.
