fan2488 made his own. I saw them, they look really good (as does everything else he puts his mind and hands to  ). I asked when I was there. If I remember right, he said he used hardware store stuff. I think it was that brown particle board stuff, that looks and smells kinda like cardboard, but is a little stiffer and darker brown. I don't know what it is called...slick on one side, and kinda has a criss-cross roughness on the other...?

He laid his old ones on the new stuff and cut the holes and outside shape, upholstered them with a maverick steerhead embossed in them.

Ed, post a pic of them if you read this, and maybe explain it better than I did.

I had mine done in a tan tweed to match the seats. The gentleman who did the job retained the original stitch pattern for a stock look with updated fabric. I kinda like it.

Sam, that looks GREAT! I guess you can have it upholstered in anything you want??? I was thinking about leather, especially if I get my seats done in the same leather.

I have a set of red panels made from some carbon fiber look fabric...
I'll have to throw a pic on the site here.
    Might try to sell them.
They have matching black arm rests.
I shoulda grabbed the matching dash pad too, but it was too dang hot that day.
    Dave

    Edit: Added pic.
    They are real dirty.
If they clean up nice, you'll see the new pic in the '4-sale forum'.

Although Sprints didnt come with deluxe panels, I made my own version. The blue is the same material as the seats.

If anybody did some special touches, had them re-covered, or made custom door panels, I would love to see pics of them. I want to re-cover my door panels someday and it's great to see what all of you have done. The pictures so far are really nice!

    Thanks!
