I can not find a re-production door skin for mavericks. Since I only need to replace the lower section, has anyone bought mustang door skins and just used the lower 4 inches of them?

Gotta make your own. Simple job for a body shop. Our guys do it on a regular basis. Actually thay just finshed off a 55 Crown VIc. Had to make the door skin from 4 inches below the belt moulding to the bottom. Very impressive.

fab up the door skin or do what Iam going to do... find a door(junkyard or and old door nobody wants) with good sheet metal in the area of replacement and cut the section off .... or the real easy way is to replace your door with a mint door for your year model... BTW I tried to find a good door here where i live "there ain't none" to worth while...
