I have a set of door which the corners are rusted. Everything else seems fairly nice, bottom seams have minor rust under the paint which seems to have cleaned up, but who knows whats behind the seam. Just curious if I should just replace the two corners or zip off the complete bottom of the door skin and replace it all to be safe.

Its pretty easy to make a patch for the lower skin. Do it all at once. Cut off and crimp the existing panel so the patch panel fits flush. Our guys do it at work here on a regular basis. If you do just the corners the rest might pop through down the road. For the bit of extra work I think its good insurance. (y)
