I just joined the other day and received many very nice welcomes. The one thing that kept coming up was where are the pictures. So here I go at trying to figure this out.One of the pictures is from the day I bought my Maverick and drove her home, then there are pictures after I converted to the five lug and put the American Racing wheels on.There is two with my son by her when he came home on leave and noticed how much I had fallen for this 35 year old girl. Then I have put one in when I was trying to figure out some rims to put on.Does anyone remember these rims? They are 1960's Kelsey-Hayes two piece rims.Almost impossible to find.Similar to a style that Ole Carroll Shelby used on his cars, but just different enough to stand out.I'm thinking about having them powder coated silver with black.hope you guys like these pictures.

I resized the pictures and it made them so the will enlarge.I took these with my wifes camera, and for some reason it creates these huge pictures when you download.Like I said before I'm still learning all of this technical stuff.Anyway tell me what you think of those wheels.

I was at a swap meet several years ago (Cars and Parts meet At Clark County Fairgrounds in Ohio) should have been called Chevy and Parts meet, but anyway we saw some of these wheels and my son snatched them up right now.We get them home and shoot, don't you know we have 2 with a Ford bolt pattern and 2 with a Chevy bolt pattern.Well I spent the next 3 years looking for 2 Ford. Finally ran across a guy at the Ford show at National Trails that had 5 of them but he would only sell all.So I bought the 5.Now I have 7 with the Ford pattern. Can't win for losing.

Nice to have you here, and that's a very nice Maverick. Ever thought about blacking-out the grill, headlight bezels, and wiper arms?...
