Still working on getting ebrake cable for my Stallion rear disc brake setup. Different cables require different brackets. Fabbed this one up late this afternoon. As you can see it is quite small, that is a dime in the foreground. Showing it in the ruff, still will grind down the welds. It is made from 16 gauge sheet metal. Getting into the fabbing stuff up mode again. While this is a very small piece, it was quite challenging because of that. You are looking at 4 different pieces of sheet metal. Think I will do a 90 degree bend on the next one, that way only 3 different pieces. Less welding.

Cool bracket Dan. How is your cable operated emergency brake going to work with your rear discs? On an old Supra I used to have, it had sort of a mini drum inside the rotor that was connected to a mechanical parking brake. I'm not sure how the newer cars manage to use a mechanical parking brake without this type of setup.

Yes, there is a mini drum setup for the parking brake. Explorer setup. Basically just setting it up underneath like an Explorer. Now need to weld that bracket to the car and see how it works. The Stallion has a ratchet type foot operated park brake.
