I baught a 74 maverick Grabber about a year ago, it has a 302 in it, we thought originally that it had a c4 tranny in it but, when i went to see about hooking the vacuum line up there wasn't one, the car will go in reverse fine, but wont get out of low gear, Car is supposedly all original, has 74,000 on odometer but am stumped with the tranny, any help?

If it's the stock tranny it is a c4. Modulator should be on the passenger side of the tranny. Gotta be there. :)
