after almost 2 yrs after getting the '71 painted, i finally got around to installing the fender emblems on it. it deffinately changed up the side appearence and broke up some of the blue. only have some night pictures for now but will get some better ones tomorrow.
Thanks. i think it breaks up the paint just enough to look good. was kinda iffy about putting them on at first but we left the holes when it was painted and i was kinda tired of looking at the holes and no emblem. as for the striping, i doubt i will. but IF i was to ever put side stripes on it, i wouldnt put "Grabber" in them. i get enough people asking me "is that a really Grabber, man?!"
David car just keeps looking better all the time when are you going to put some sport mirrors on it? BTW nice looking emblems Wish I had some progress pictures to post.
What's the H4 conversion? I thought I was pretty well ingrained in this Maverick Forum thingamabob, but I have never heard of the H4 conversion.

Is there any "conversion" or just replacing the headlights with those twenty-dollar jobbies? Did you have to change the wiring or use a relay?
it's a bolt-in, no wiring mods, but i would recommend the relay upgrade to get the full effect.... but it's not completely necessary
