   I pulled them not too bad, have one bondo'ed over hole on the top. My plan sand, paint and rustproof them inside. As for the hole I can easily fiberglass it now. Less than 1" round or should I weld in some metal?

   welding is always better. if you do use glass make sure youve ground away all the rust and its clean steal
