Fertan rust converter???

Anyone know of a distributor in the U.S. or Canada for a product called Fertan rust converter? Apparently it's of Italian origin and very effective for use on cars. I first heard of it in an old "Musclecar Classics" magazine. There are numerous websites for U.K., German and other distributors, but I couldn't find anything for this side of the big pond. This stuff sounds like it would be a real boon to restorers like ourselves. John B.
