Hey guys n' gals! Just got finished completing my new hood install! All that's left is to punch holes in it for the hood pins!!! Super excited, totally changed the look of the car. Working on eliminating my back seat today and replacing it with a rolled aluminum bulkhead and luggage rack, as well as replacing the door panels with matching aluminum pieces from Scott Rod Fabrication. On top if it all, expecting my Grabber spoiler to be ready in about a week! Weeee! Hope you all have a great weekend!!!

Nice. What brand is it? Did you have to do much fit and finish to make it fit/align properly?

No it bolted right on. The alignment was straight forward. I got it from Unlimited Performance Prosucts. Other than some primer and sanding everything went smoothly!

Are you able to put the hood lip trim back on?

 Honestly, not sure! I ripped all of the original chrome trim off the entire car practically and am in the process of welding them away. Didn't have a reason to try to put the trim back on :)

I ordered the rear spoiler and it is absolutely horrible. I have heard nothing but NEGATIVE feedback about them. Glad there hood is ok. Did you have any issues with hood at all.

None, no. My fiancé also got glass bumpers from them for his Chevelle with the same level of quality. No mounting issues or anything other that needing tone prepped for paint a bit. Eek, now I'm nervous, I'll be picking up my spoiler this week or the next. I'll be sure to keep you posted on what it looks lie and how it mounts. What kindnf issues did you have?

Well the glass is weak in some areas. Point blank the center section isnt gonna mount at all without trimming a layer of fiberglass on the inside, you make have to trim the lip, as some areas are thicker than others. If you are picking it up open it infront of them. inspect it for any cracks. Lets just say it was pretty F#@*!D UP! We made it work after an hour or 2 of fabrication. I still hate it. Lets see how yours turns out. Many people have complained to them, they may have fixed it idk.

Yes keep us informed about the spoiler, there are not a lot of after market options for those.
