Went to a junk yard ive never been at before today. Some of you know Im looking high and low for a v-8 z-bar and bell stuff for my top loader.I called the guy half way there to double check directions and told him i'd like to see some mavericks when I get there. He handed me a list of 25 when I got there complete with row and car number. WOW was I impressed, nice operation
They did not have anything I was looking for. On the way out the owner stoped me and said did you find what you were lookin for?I told him no. He then told me that he knows were a v-8 mav was it was to muddy for him to get it I should go check it out. I went to the place and sure enuff over 1/4 mile out in the middle of a field is a mav. The closer I got the worse it looked I was not expecting much by the time I got to it. I could not belive my eye's when I saw that shifter on the floor, then the clutch peddel. I moved around the front lifted the hood it bent in half then I saw the 302. YEP!!!!!!! it's all there z-bar,peddles,and bellhouseing. I'm all set with extras. more stuff for Carlisle. John
