:bananaman !! My 4-door is finally going to paint Monday afternoon. While all you guys were having fun at Round-up I was wet sanding, wet sanding and more wet sanding ! My hands are pruned, there are about 200 or more pieces of used 600 wet paper fragments all over the garage floor and my hands and arms ache. But other than missing Round up it was worth it !! Pics to come. Darrel
Electric blue pearlcoat. Let me know when you're ready to send bumper brackets, I'm moving on the 15th of August. I also did the "slide" to the rear bumper !! Moved it in about 2.5". Was easy but still involved the press. Darrel
Paint delay Backed the Mav outa the garage to align the front bumper before painting and 5 minutes later... the sky opened up !! Notice the hail on the fender !
Cool, I spent 4 hours sanding the hood down and i still havent finished it... ...but i love it I'm also painting it blue...havent decided which one...maybe grabber blue.

Jim, you're right this car is rock solid !! Nothing more than parking lot dings and scratches. I wet sanded everything with 600 grit, held a spotlight at different angles to check for scratches ! Smooth as a baby's bottom !! Now to find a 2-door in this condition !!! Should be able to post the "after" pics Sat. or Sun.
