finally got my maverick

    hey I am now a proud owner of a 73 maverick with a 302. does anyone know how to get leaves and trash out of the vent between the hood and front windshield? any info. would be appreciated.:clap:

    One car I had was completely packed with pine needles. I removed the vents and heater box from the car and kept shoving a wet/dry vac house up inside there. To get it thorough you have to remove the fenders and keep blowing air into the drain openings while using the vacuum ...

    congratulation im new too, well i woule use a vaccumm and an air compressor, oh and i have a 73 maverick too. lates.

    My first car, i have had it for 12 years.
    use a small dowell rod and a good shop vac. rough up the leaves as you vacuum them.
