Since I didn't have the right pulleys when I removed my power steering, I had to set up an idler pulley to tension the fan belt. One day over the winter while looking at the pics of the belt setup on Toymav again I realized how much his water pump pulley looked like the one from the Grabber's 200. I checked it, and it lined up perfectly with the middle groove on the crank pulley and the alternator pulley! It is alot smaller than the stock pulley though, so the increased water pressure turned my occasional drip from the thermostat housing into a steady stream. [IMG] I figured it would.. [IMG] So I took the leaky chrome housing off and put the one from my old 302 on there. One other side effect, is the increased fan speed makes my flex fan sound like a gear drive. I'm not sure how long I am going to tolerate that... will probably bump the serpentine pulley conversion up on the priority list. Someone just offered me a set so it might happen sooner than I thought.
