Finding bucket seats

    1971 Mercury Comet GT , - 2003 Mercury Marauder...
    I have a 71 comet gt , and my bucket seats are broke , they could be welded ,but then would not fold open for the back seats.. is there any place to get new seats for our car , and i want to change interior color to black. reapulstering my seats will not work .. if they don,t make seatss for our car ,can you use the ones out of another ford car like a 71 mustang , and have it all fit in the the holes in the floor board of the comet 71??


    i need to change my back seats bench to black, can you order new bench from some where , ??? i could probly make a reapulstering work of the back bench!! does any one know where to find a new clothe -vinal reapulstering for back bench!! thanks for all Your Help!!! sorry about the spelling!!! LOL!!

    The frames for a 1971 thru 1973 Mustangs would work but you would have to reuse your old seat tracks as they are not the same as Mustangs.

    Welcome to the board. There is a person on the board here that makes seatcovers but I haven't heard from him in a while. Most upholstery shops can get the material to redo them.:)
