flex plate question

    71 grabber,65 galaxie drag car,66 fairlane 2 door hardtop,64 falcon ranchero
    How do I figure out the correct flex plate to use? 157 tooth or a 164 .the engine is a 68 302 and a c4 trans (not sure what it is from) with the converter.
