as some may know, my maverick was wrecked a few weeks ago the frame is bent, so its totaled, About an hour ago i drove past someones lot who had a 71-72 comet. It has a straight 6 and automatic trans. panels and everything were in exelent and so was the gt hood scoop! im not sure if it was a gt or not, My question is, the inside was missing alot of stuff and the bucket seats were trashed, would a 73 maverick bench, and rear seat swap right in? Oh also door panels, i think that the design changed in 73 but im not sure.
Most anything fits.. The rear seat on the earlier models might be slightly different so the rear panels might need to be used when using early stuff (71-72). But most of that is minor stuff to deal with..
