"Free" chrome headlight bezel

    Well, while stripping a fender a few weeks ago, some stripper got on the gray part of my headlight bezel. Evidently they're stainless steel and have been painted gray to match the grill or stoneguard or whatever in some cases.

    Take a look at what was underneath. I used some klean strip heavy duty stripper. With some polishing in my future I think I'll be very pleased with the look.

    I think thats a worth while mod for a nice custom look.

    I have taken the headlight doors and painted them body color instead of the black or argent color. I think it looks pretty good.

    Yep Mavahoic, those look real good. I kind of like the idea of "tying" the car together with some color on non-traditional areas.

    I always thought they came in bare metal from the factory...
