front end question

    74 2door - Small bumpers, 5.0 EFI, Tremec 3550, disc brake 8.8,MII front end, boosted
    If I had no use for the coil springs, could i just cut them with a hacksaw instead of getting the compressors to pull them? I'm just gettin the spindles

    No Way!

    Only if you want to suffer considerable pain and injury. Cutting one without compressing first would cause you to get hit by two pieces instead of one.

    However, you do not need to compress the springs to get the spindles off ....
