I would like to convert to Mustng II front-end but I want to add more structure on the frame rails. Doe anybody have pics or a good desciption of where to adding more frame? My first thought would be a triangle from the firewall to the front rails. Is the firewall sturdy enough? How do I attach the rollcage to the frame?Any help would be appreciated. The less twist the better.

well I will have to try and find some of my pictures......but if you search the archives you can find pictures of mine and Mavmans as well......just do a search on mustang 2 or MII that should get you started.

    Thanks..

I looked at alot of the pictures. They gave me some great ideas. I want to flare the fenders. Are there any companies that have some that look good like some of the brazilian racing Mavericks? I want 275's all the way around like a Corvette. 275/30/18's? on a 9 inch rim? I think I wouldn't have to flare them that much if the suspension cambered like supposed to, but I do think a wide track is good as long as it doesn't have a high king-pin inclination. I'm just going to get that 302 running for now until I figure out what I'm want to do. I'm still not sure how to build my frame. I'll ask some advice from a hotrod guy I know.
