:Welcome: from Virginia Beach. Is that Oklahoma city?

I don't know about Mustang front end. But you can order a complete bolt on 5 lug disc brake kit for around $600 form period perfect parts.
It comes with everything, spindles, bearings, rotors, calipers, brackets, master cylinder and proportioning valve.
    good luck.

You don't need to replace the suspension, just the spindle. Anything from a 68-73 Mustang will fit, with the matching outter tie rod. Most Fords used the same 5 bolt pattern.

Mustang five lug disc brakes are basically same from '68-'73, with Cougar using same... The spindles and tie rod pins are slightly smaller on the '68-'69 so will require outer tie rods as well(that is unless you have a 69½)...

Above also applies to '68-'71 Fairlane, Torino, Ranchero, Cyclone etc, incl the '68-'69 having smaller spindles... I have a '69 Torino setup on mine...
