This summer I plan on replacing the entire front suspension and such on my 76 Maverick with manual steering. I'm ordering MOOG parts instead of going with a kit. I need some help compiling a complete list of what I need so I can order it all at once. I would like to do it right the first time, thanks!

I Ditto this, but ask them if they can upgrade you to the wilwood pro spindles

Ditch the sway bar and get a fatter one

Thats the 2 things this kit really needs

That kit looks nice but I don't have that kind of budget, I'm looking to keep it under $1000

If youre going to buy individual parts, my advice would be to use Rockauto. A guy on another forum wanted to buy a complete front end, then posted part numbers asking if it was all correct. The lower control arm from OReilly was like $80, and the same Moog part number from Rockauto was like $35.

If ur budget is under 1000 don't even consider anything other than stock replacements. The other kits mentioned above, need extensive mods to the chassis, another expense if ur not a skilled fabricator. If u have to pay someone to do the mods needed to get it installed - ups the cost to a new level way above what u can spend. I have a list of what OE-Moog replacement parts for the front suspension bought and have on my car - I will look for them later today and pm you.

that list looks like it's pretty complete.
if you get new upper control arms, you won't need the upper ball joints as they come preinstalled.
what's missing is the coil spring perches. if you have budget left, you might look at the roller bearing version from opentracker racing products.

That's what I did, and I'm pretty excited about them. I bought all the rest of my MOOG stock-style front suspension from Rock Auto. I even purchased new MOOG tierod adjusters so that I could keep my originals intact for measurements to get my alignment as close as possible upon installation.

Just my observations, but they seem a little 'fly-by-night'. They have typos on their website and it says that the perches are made to order and take up to 14 days to ship. I bought mine off of e-Bay through Open Tracker, and they shipped same day. I paid $199.99 shipped.

Daze cars is a very good company, they have been around for years... they are a grass roots company started in a home garage...
