Grounds are first on list... There are a pair of small hex head screws that ground the wires from sockets on either side of radiator...

Does the front burn steady with all the other lights off, or do you mean with park/headlights on as well?

The do come on with parking lights, but when you turn on signal only the back blink.... The front doesn't do anything. Both radiator grounds are connected but this afternoon.I will reground them. How do the sockets ground inside?

The park lights never flash, the second filament in bulb is what operates with signals... Though I kinda doubt it, could be as simple as bad bulbs(swapping with rear will test them)...

The sockets sometimes get corroded inside so the shell of bulb isn't grounded, a ohm meter will tell you if that's the problem... To test check resistance from ground wires mentioned to bulb base(outside shell)...

BTW do the dash indicators flash?? If not the signal switch is likely defective, or maybe a bad connection on plug from column... If they do problem is between signal switch and socket(again assuming bulbs are OK)...

Got mine fixed. The grill was replaced at some point, and whoever pulled this one from another car, just snipped the wire off. Then, they had crimp connectors to splice the plug and ground eyelet onto the donor grill. Guess it's hard to unplug and remove a 5/16 bolt. Anyways, the connectors were corroded so I soldered them up, the right way. The front lights are exposed to way more water etc, so they go bad first. Just unplug your turn light harness and use a test light to check power on the harness with the signal light on, key forward.

I put some dielectric grease in the bulb socket and on the harness plugs; stop the corrosion
