im starting to get a i guess it would be a idk how to really explain it kind of like if something was on the tire and it on rubbed in one spot so every it rolls around it makes the noise. but i dont have a rub anywhere so im guessing its just the bearings that need to be re-greased. can i just use like redand tacky like i used on all the ball joints ? and tips im going to do it tomorrow

I dont know what your problem is, but if it is the bearings. Never just re-grease them, they're cheap so just replace them.

heres the how to on that:

It is pretty much the same but you have to remove the caliper.

I use a viscosity index improver mixed 50/50 with grease after I pack the bearings in grease I fill the cavity between the bearings with the 50/50 mix. My pursonal favorite is Hilton's Hy-Per Lube and water resistant high temp grease. When mixed properly this stuff will stay anyplace you put it but as the temp goes up in the bearings it will flow into the bearings keeping them well lubed and cool. The last step is to fill the dust cap with the same 50/50 mix and then put it on using a flim of loc-tite #518 on the sealing lip of the dust cap.
You will have to have cups in good shape and don't forget the sealant or you will leak and spin that lube all over the inside of your wheel.
You will never buy another set of wheel bearings again if you do this. They just don't wear due to dried out grease.

Paul did u ever have axle seal failure due to pressure build up frm heat expansion of the grease mix in the hub?

No, there is enough air space to release any preasure or at the very least contaun it. I have had the caps leak before I started using the loc-tite #518 to seal it.
