i thought about putting one in my car.. and locating my battery to the trunk.. but i need a welder... man.. i could do so many projects with a welder
I understand I had a 5 gallon for a long time (still got it), went to a 12 gallon a couple years ago...not sure why cause I never have more than a couple gallons in it anyways
with as much driving as i do, a 5 gallon would be fine.. until i want to take a road trip.. but i dont see me doing that now with the 4.11 gears.. lol hey maverick5946... do you still have that 5 gallon?
yup....but before you ask I checked on shipping it once before and the cost was way crazy due to the fact that it had "fumes". It was cheaper for the person to buy a new one from Summit
why do you need a welder simon. my 5 gallon fuel cell just bolted in. i cut the hump with a cut off wheel and used a bfh to push it down. the fuel cell sump fits right in and the fuel line comes right out the whole too. battery tray just bolts in.
yeah the install is fairly straight forward. The only problem I had was I mounted mine to close to the back seat and those rear bolts were/are a PITA to get to
