What fuse did you all use to feed your ignition module? I thought I could use the acc part of the fuse box, but it seems to only put out voltage at crank? The car only stayed running with the key all the way forward.

That cant be right though? IT has to have power with key in run and start. Otherwise it would be no good. Had to stop for the night, as its a loud open header and the neighbors dont like the sound much later in the evening.

The accessory terminal should have voltage in run position but not in crank...

I use a 12v relay with it's coil powered by the original ign coil feed. Of course that requires ign coil be powered by the relay, may need a ballast resistor to limit current.

Thats not a bad idea. Yeah didnt make sense to me what I saw with the ACC terminal in the fuse box. Ill have to revisit it this weekend.

... the '74 uses the ACC terminal as in the Fuse Block Pic from 'smegnl'. Provides 12V power with Swx on 'RUN", needed to insert a 'steering Diode' from the "START' wire source at original fender Solenoid to the ignition system (DSII / HEI / TFI ).

well fuse #1 which is for cig lighter/flashers/clock seems to have 12V all the time. Im gonna pull power from the feed (before the fuse) side and put in a fused switch to just let me turn on the module and the elec fan relay. I prob need a way to turn off the elc fan if im on ACC anyway. Plus maybe I can get a cool looking switch like this, LOL...
