I'm trying to get my factory fuel gauge to work right with my sender in my fuel cell, does anyone know the resistance in the volt reg. for the gauges in a stock '70 Mav.?I don't really want to pull the Tach,Shift light and Cluster out right now,I have a buddy that thinks he can change the resitance to make it work right,if someone knows what it is,Thanks

The range of resistance is 10 ohm = full .... 78 ohm = empty.

That is the resistance of the sender - not the gauge or constant voltage regulator.
If the fuel cell came with a C3bby sender then you are going to have to change the sender to a Ford unit or get a matching gauge.
