I have a couple questions someone could help me with: 1) When dismantling a project I am working on I took the gas line off. I am now installing it does the breather line "have to" go back up to the engine bay? I am trying to keep the engine bay clean and I don't think it needs to run all the way up there. What does anyone think? 2) I have swapped over to a Mustang 2 front end and when I recieved it it did not have the stabalizer arms attached. I am going to use the Maverick set. The thing I am looking at is the rack is on the front of the crossmember and the stabalizers must go to the back is there a mount that can be bought to weld on the frame or should I fabricate one to keep the integretee (sp?) of the front end. Hope this was described good enough. If anyoe has pictures that would be helpful Thanks in advance, Chandler
If you vent your gas cap, you can plug off the vapor line completely. You can also weld in a small tube in the filler neck inside the trunk and run a hose through the trunk floor to use as a vent, either way you can eliminate the vent line and charcoal canister.
What front end kit? I have the RCM in mine and I'm not gonna run a swaybar. I was going to until I found out the stocker would not work. To use the RCM would have required mounting new brackets (after completing the front end) and buying their swaybar. However, the brackets are already in place on the lower control arms. Russ
Thanks Dennis I will do that. As far as the front end it is out of a 78 Cobra Mustang It was dismantled. I just thought I would use the Maverick stabalizers. But then realized it needs to have the stabalizers go to the back
