gauge cluster conversions

    :hmmm:I know i have seen some info on converting the gauge cluster to an updated set of instruments. What has worked for ya'll and an approximately what did it set you back? Thanks in advance.

    Gauges were big $$$, everything else was minor. LED's were ~ $20.00, shift light and controller was traded for, mounting plate for the gauges was nothing, made it from the scrap bin. The lettering, well, let's just say it's nice to have a vinyl printer/cutter in the spare room!

    I *think* it is, I know the RPM switch for it is a #8950. IIRC, the light's 5/8" OD x 4" long.
