    Hmmm....

Are you looking for the original look?
They came in a semi-flat or satin
    with light metalflake in black.

My bodyshop guy painted mine back
that color with a aerosol can of lacquer
that was a little more glossy than original.

I think the light metal flake looks more
original. I would use semi gloss
    or satin.

    definetly semi gloss or flat.

I tried the gloss thing on an interior component in my stang, Came out shiny as hell, kinda like I dumped an entire bottle of armor all on it, the sun hits it, and it is like getting a million candle power spotlight in your face, as the reflection goes everywhere.

The flat/semi is closest to the stock look.

Paint a descrete part first, and put it in the car to see how it looks before taking a can to everything.

I have my dash gloss black with a coat of clear and it is so crappy to keep clean, looks good though.

I just repainted my dash last week and went with the semi-flat black and it looks great. It was gloss black but that wasn't working out to well. I definitely wouldn't do that again.

i did mine in gloss black last week. a big no!! no!! you get a reflection of everything you pass on the rode on the inside of the windshield. i thought i was driving (buzzing)back in the 70's. it took me a couple of days to realize what it was. i am going to do it in satin later...frank..jmo::D
