    just the price of the lifters makes me think it is cheaper to get a motor from pull-a-part.

    Dave, man.... lol... with the shipping being free and handling being 10.95 or something, it might pay to buy straight from summit. :rolleyes:


    or you could always just hand over the money, i'm sure it would still get spent in summit.

    went by Jeffs house and picked him up, went and ...ATE...came back by Summit. after doing a lot of lookie-see, i picked out a set of valve covers i have been wanting.
    Jimmy stopped by for some parts and gave Jeff a ride home..:Handshake

    this is a pic. of me..."lookie-seeing".
    they had 10 sets (a case) of the valve covers and i went through all of them to see if any of them were purty-er than the others...:yup:

    the 3rd. set looked best...:thumbs2:

    Whats wrong with the Maverick ones you've been using?? Have they become a collectors item?? I hope you didn't get those "Ford Racing" ones.....
