Ok Ok last year I was waiting for the bus with my friend (who has a early 70s dart) and there was this honda civic (puhh) sitting there with his cool exhaust and his cool exhaust tip.

Anyway my friend, jared, dared me to go stomp on the guys cool exhaust tip.

Now for those of you on here that know me, I am a littly guy.

So I go and stomp the thing to the ground which wasnt too for only about five or six inches due to the loweredness of his car.

Im standing there laughing by the back of his car and he got out and threw a closed can of sprite at me and hit me in the back of the head as i was walking back to my group.

I then proceeded to pick it up crack it open and thank him for his generosity.

I hope this story does your heart as much good as it did mine!!!

    Todd,

Not to start a war of words, but doode, that's NOT what I would call a "Good Story".

The "Good" part was when he hit you in the back of the head with the sprite can!

    Teens will be teens.

    Be cool fool,

    Rick
(not a fan of ricers myself)

    What a Moron

    Dude,

You're lucky that's all that happened to you. Because I can tell you right now...If you're ever stupid enough to stomp anything on my car, the nex thing to be stomped will be your dumb little a$$!! You may not like anything about the person's car, but that's a matter of taste. They still put hard work and hard cash into it and they're proud of it whether you like it or not. I doubt if they really care if you like it or not...and that's their opinion and they're entitled to it.

My advice to you....get some new friends before they get you hurt. And quit acting stupid. And in case you're wondering...you are exactly the reason that hot rodders and "car guys" have gotten a bad rap over the years. You're the dumba$$eSS that people picture in their minds when they read stories in the papers about innocent folks getting killed by kids "drag racing" on the street.

You should suck it up, be a man, and replace the guys exhaust tips. Maybe then he won't beat you with a tire tool behind your grade school some night.

All I've got to say is.....

I'm only 18, and I'm a little guy, but if ANYBODY, EVER is stupid enough to stomp or touch my car, girlfriend, or dog, I'll hit 'em with more than a sprite can. But then again, that's just me. Country

I stand corrected. I was only fourteen at the time. And its not like the kid was a stranger. I was wrong.

Hey Todd, I'll give you one piece of advise that I drummed into my kids heads:

Always be the captain of your own ship. Never let anyone talk you into doing something that you know is wrong, or that you dont want to do. People that try are not your friends. Friends will respect your opinion.

The way that you told the story, it sounded like you are still proud of it.

You are obviously only 15 now, and I don't blame you for thinking it was funny, because drinking a can of soda after someone throws it at you IS funny, but damaging another mans car IS NOT!

If there is one rule you should ever follow in life, (and this was already stated) Always have the UTMOST respect for a persons car. I have had real bad enemies back in high school, but I would NEVER do anything to their car.

People take a lot of pride in their cars, and what you did probably not only hurt that guys feelings, upset him and pissed him off, but he obviously had to pay to get it fixed.

I have news for you, but a lot of people thing the same way towards an old 72 maverick that you do towards the rice honda with a tip---they think just old junk.

What would happen if someone keyed your mav, or crushed your exhaust/slashed your tires because they didn't like the way your car looked, then laughed???

You get off this time because your are a kid, but I do hope you learn to respect a persons property no matter what it looks like from here on out...as I have had 2 different cars paint jobs completely ruined by kids who though it would be funny to key it.

Besides my mav, I drive an Audi turbo in the winter. I was at a movie one nite and came outside to find my poor Audi keyed all along the passenger side. It still pains me to look at it. I live in a semi small town with alot of honda civics with fancy paint jobs and loud ass mufflers. now I cant stand these guys becuase there is no money or work under the hood, I doubt they even know what size engine they have. I dont mind the import scene if theres actual work done on it, not just some fiberglass body kit. No matter how much these ricers piss me off I would never mess with their cars unless they messed mine or my girlfriend.

it is kinda funny that the sprite can hit him in the back of the head, then he picked it up and drank it...but yeah, come on out to arkansas and mess with our stuff like that. You won't last long amongst the rednecks!

I'll agree that what Todd did was really wrong. But then again who of us is with out faults. (I'm know I'm very far from perfect.) If he understands that he did wrong(I think he does) and makes amends for it, then we should go on with our lives. Life is about learning from our mistakes. Todd is a good kid so don't bannish him for being temporarily stupid. But Todd if you mess with my car you'll be cleaning Ansens for a LOOONNGGG time. my $.02 Russ

My dad tells me to grow up sometimes. I think I just have to a large degree. I was wrong. I admit it.

uhhhhh.... i do think todd learned from this. he is a kid. less of one today than yesterday. in a funny way... thanks for hammering him guys. although i am not proud of his vandalism and blatant disrespect for another guys' property, he had the plums to admit he was WRONG!

I got into some trouble when I was that age, I wont lie. All I can say is that chosing a new group of friends was the smartest thing I ever did. I didnt think it was cool then, but I couldnt be happier with the group I hang with now. I'm not judging todd, If I've learned anything in life so far it is this: You absolutly cannot judge someone if you dont know them. Besides, theres no way to even remotely get to know someone over the internet. Thats why I think it would be really cool to meet everyone someday but I'm not sure if my car would make it to the roundup this year.
