http://homepage.mac.com/dmhines/PhotoAlbum50.html Haven't painted near the Master Cylinder yet because I still need to cut out the hole for the clutch linkage .... Also - I bought a new cloth bushing for the stearing column but it does not seem to be replaceable. There were two bolts and two pins on the end of the connector (see picture). Is this a complete unit or is there a trick to removing the pings so I can replace that cloth bushing?
I wasn't able to figure out how to use the universal one since there is no way that I can see to take apart the original. I did find an NOS one that includes the rag joint and the part that connects to the steering box - not sure if I am gonna bother. Looks like you need a special socket to remove it from the Steering box since it is not a normal bolt holding it on.
