gotta have a mercury!!!!

    62 mercury comet also my 63 mercury marauder .
    Well where should i start ? First thing i cant spell worth a hoot!!!! so you will have to forgive me ok . I got four doughters sarah , stephine , shawna, and sharlene. And the best thing that ever hapend to me my wife Brenda!!!. My cars start my 1969 mercury that my grandpa @grandma give me when i was seven teen . Big block 429-2v . still have yet today. 69 ford fairlane cobra,60 ford f100, 2 63 mercury marauders and 1 1962 mercury comet . I started drag racing back in the eightys with a 63 marauder with 428cj . The mega merc as it became know around here in mo. at the local track Mid-Amercia Racway at wentzville mo. I raced the merc up to 2005 with a 533 B.B. Ford. Now i run the 62 comet , its a lot ligther , it comes in at 2630lbs. the mega merc is 4905lbs. with a best e.t. of 11.15 @121 mph . the comet so far to date is a 9.15 at 137mph. Im hiting the rev. about the 1000. ft mark. It looks like **** but where having fun !!! I also have had it for 18 yrs. sitting behind the pond .
