gps speed sensor for electirc speedo

    i was thumbing through my summit catalog lastnight and came across this, anybody familiar with the company that makes it? found it interesting but im sceptical about its quality.

    it said sumthing about it hooking up to electric gauges only im guessing electric/digital speedometers have pins on the back of them where sumthing like this would hook to

    I used to sell to the DOD some years ago, and I can tell you that VeeThree
    has been around since the mid 70's selling instrumentation and sensors to the DOD. They are ISO certified and have produced a lot of one-off special clusters to our friendly Military........................and I know they sell world wide.......................so I wouldn't be worried about quality and am pretty sure they are still HQ in Illinois.........................and for those who must know, I worked with them on a special project for implimenting sensors on our XXXXXXXXX while working for XXXXXXXXX......if I tell you more the guys in black Chevy Suburbans will show up at your door.......good company IMHO

    my car if i can find a gauge that would be compatable with this style of sensor

    They are suppose to work with any after market electric speedo... You don't need the pulse generator in the trans... (converts to gps) If you don't already have elecrtic speedo installed, I would just buy a gps speedo.....
