Just saw an add here about a Comet for sale with a Grabber hood....and I am looking at a Comet GT with a Grabber hood (of course a Maverick grill too). Made me think, since several people are fixing Grabber hoods with the lip of a flat hood....anybody ever do a Comet hood? Is it even doable?
That sounds like a car I saw last weekend at the monroe swap meet. It was a comet with the gt stripes and maverick front sheetmetal and grill. Just didn't look right. I don't remember the price but just looked wrong.
It's doable.... just like it's doable on a mustang! saw this car for sale years ago, haven't been able to track it down. im glad i saved the pic, and uploaded it to the gallery
