Grabber info.

    I'm new here so hello to all. I was wondering what HP did a Grabber have I remember a friend of mine had one it was yellow with black stripes and it said Grabber on it? Another buddy of mine had a 1974 4 door green with white vinyl on the top with a 302 now at that time he was working at the airport so he would fill up the gas tank with plane fuel that little 302 would get it.

    Not very much in stock form. As a matter of fact most Grabbers were 6 cylinders. Yeah, the 302 can be made to be a fun machine in such a light car. Especially stroked out to 331 or 347. How much HP you want is only limited by how much you want to spend.:)

    I think 210 hp was the max(71),after that it was all downhill..

    avaition fuel is not good to run in a car. its desgined for thin air. i belive its oxgenated and it has a really slow burn rate. ive know people who ran it thinking they were geting cheap race gas then they get real race gas and instantly they pic up a bunch of power.
    the grabbber package is a visual package only. no motor up grages.

    no HP gain...
    the... "BOSS" 302 w/factory 4 speed...Grabber had less HP than the ...stock 302 Grabber w/3 speed...

    Im pretty sure i saw a hp rating on my 73 302 car once at 175hp.
