    "you can buy any project car you want for your (college) graduation present, and you want what?!?!?"

    she just doesn't get it.

    I'm in Texas, looking for a '70-'77 two door...that's about all the req's Im looking for right now.

    Welcome to the board.:Welcome: I used to the get the " Why a Maverick?" stuff all the time when we first started restoring our 77' Maverick. It just seemed to come with the territory. Now a days, the response is more like, "Cool! A Maverick!". That's because they are cool cars.:cool: Once you find one, your wife will probably agree.:) Good luck with your quest.
