Hey all, bored hanging out here in sunny South Korea and dreaming up things for my car when I return so I thought I'd throw one of my ideas together in MS Paint to see how it would look. Admittedly my MS Paint skills are lacking so it's kind of rough; I think you get the idea though.

Design idea is to use 60's Mustang corral grill with fog lights and work it into a mav grill. Center section with horse replaced with CNC'd steer head.

i like it! im usually not a fan of people trying to make their mavs look more like 'stangs (I get enough of that already) but that grill actually looks pretty good

I like it too! It seems like many mods tend to follow Mustang styling, and like Tony, I'm not crazy about that but this is a good look. I already have the lights in the grille, it wouldn't be that hard to fab up the bar. Hmmmmm.... Thanks for the idea Jay, and get home safe!

it would work, but will take tweaking as the mav grills are set at a different angle than the stang, so the lights would point down.(y)

its similar to something I did a while ago....Toms is more on the order of a hornet :evilsmile

Thanks for the feedback guys. Yeah I'm with you on the Mustang mods but after seeing the Dec 06 cover of CC it got my brain ticking and well let's face it the 60's Stangs were just dead sexy!
I saw the pictures of Tom's car just last week and it's very very nice. And when I saw the grill although it isn't exactly what I was envisioning I had to say a few of those unmentionables!

Kurt- You bet man 12 yrs now
Tom- I wish but me being a lowly TSgt I'm not allowed to ship a vehicle over hear.
