grill problem

    I am trying to figure out how to fix my grill it is in good shape but in the middle one of the plastic peices is melted so am trying to figer out how to reconstruct it but i dont know what to use to make a new section for it. oh and where can i buy the circular grill cap emblem that gose in on the middle of the grill?

    1972 Maverick 2 door.Original V-8 3 spd std shift.Also a 72 one owner Sprint sporting a 351 Windsor
    Check Evil bay or put an add in the parts wanted section here on the forum for the grill medallion.As for repairing it,Get some styrene plastic stock(local hobby shop)and try some Plastruct or Tenax 7-R plastic welding cement t attach the new to the old.I am sure there are other metods available but being a model builder thats what comes to mind as the simplest method.Its gonna be fragile though when done,that said I guess it depends on where the damage actually is.Good luck.
