At around the 7 minute mark, there is a stunt car show going on and there is a small bumper maverick with a grabber hood driving on 2 wheels!. It lasts about 15 seconds.
I was watching Gumball Rally tonight on Speed channel and saw this Maverick and decided to search before posting. I see Stefan beat me to the sighting. I saw this movie when it first came out but never realized the Maverick stunt car was there. It's definitely a 71 or 72 Grabber and it has a red white & blue color scheme I believe. I was so excited when I recognized it as being a Maverick I didn't think much about anything else. It was driving on the right side wheels...hmmm, wonder if mine can do that? Anyway, figured I might as well revive Stefans old thread. Just wish I could rewind the movie now.
I seen the maverick in that movie also but there is another maverick later on in the movie I think it was dark green
I seen the stunt car towards the beginning! Towards the end I saw what looked like a glimpse of a white one(with a black stipe)...then a blue one(as the fake police car passed) then a brown 4dr(went passed the bug that the fake cops stopped to help) Cool movie..still one of my fav car movies!
