hi all, just got my hooker 6901's but am running into a problem.passanger side went in without a problem, but the driver side doesn't want to go.seems there is an interference with the clutch fork.i did everything the directions said to do:raise the car a minimum of 36"and disconnect the motor mount and raise engine app.2".i am running a 302 with a 3 spd.on the floor.are these headers not made for a standard shift maverick?i really would hate to have to go back using the manifolds.any help and suggestions are greatly appreciated.
    chuck.
ps if anyone wants to call with any suggestions thats fine too.(440)466-6995

I have them on mine, and it is a stick. It is all real close, but it works. Are you trying to install with clutch fork still in the car?
